PREP (Before Your Install):

All Textures

- Always cleanse before you install your extensions

- Use a sulfate-free, moisturizing cleanser 

- Apply a hydrating mask to condition your extensions

- Gently detangle from ends to weft

- Air-dry overnight for best results (or use a dryer on low heat)

Important

*For curly extensions, co-wash rather than shampoo before your first install to moisturize and re-define the curl pattern.

CLEANSING + MAINTENANCE:

Curly Extensions

- Co-wash as needed to refresh and reactivate curl pattern

- Shampoo with a sulfate-free, moisturizing cleanser every 5-7 wears to remove product buildup and to keep curls light and bouncy

- Always deep condition after shampooing to hydrate the curls and maintain it's shine

- Detangle only when damp and with conditioner

- Avoid excess manipulation to prevent frizz

Indian Wavy

- Shampoo every 7-10 wears using lightweight, sulfate-free products

- Condition mid-shaft to ends

- Can be worn straight or wavy, styled with a lightweight oil

HEAT + STYLING

All Textures

- Heat safe up to 450° F

- Always use a heat protectant

- Wrapping your hair at night reduces the need to heat style often, ensuring the longevity of your purchase

Indian Wavy

- Can be straightened or curled

- Wavy texture returns after shampooing

Curly Extensions

- Heat use is option, but not recommended frequently

- Excessive heat may loosen curl pattern over time

CURL CARE (Curly Textures Only)

- Always keep hair moisturized 

- Use leave-in conditioner and curl cream sparingly to avoid weighing the hair down 

- Scrunch gently and air-dry OR use a diffuser on low heat for less frizz and more definition

- Avoid over-brushing as that can break hair off and cause frizz

- Store hair in HCCo. tie bag

- Make sure hair is completely dry before storing

- Never store hair tangled or damp
